Take the contents of one packet (= daily serving) every day with or after a meal together with the probiotic capsule. Your body needs micronutrients every day. We recommend that Orthomol Natal is taken on a long-term basis.

Important Notes:

This product contains a separate iodine tablet. If you suffer from a hyperfunction of the thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism), please consult your doctor prior to taking Orthomol Natal.
