Dissolve the contents of one packet (=daily serving) in approx. 100-150 ml of non-carbonated water or fruit juice every day and take it with or after meal.

Use Orthomol Osteo exclusively under medical supervision. Orthomol Osteo is not a complete food. It is a food for special medical purposes. Do not use in cases of renal insufficiency. If you are taking digitalis, please consider the potassium content. Orthomol Osteo does not satisfy the daily requirement for potassium. In view of the increased requirement in the specific range of application, the vitamin K content has been increased. Orthomol Osteo may possibly attenuate the effect of anticoagulants of the cumarin type. Contains readily available carbohydrates, use only with careful metabolism control in the case of disturbances of glucose tolerance.
