Dissolve the contents of one packet (= daily serving) in approx. 100-150 ml of non-carbonated water or fruit juice every day and take it with or after a meal together with the omega-3 fatty acid capsule.

Use Orthomol Vital f exclusively under medical supervision. Orthomol Vital f is not a complete food. It is a food for special medical purposes. Orthomol Vital f as granules is lactose- and gluten-free. Contains readily available carbohydrates, use only with careful metabolism control in the case of disturbances of glucose tolerance. This product contains iodine. If you suffer from a hyperfunction of the thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism), please consult your doctor prior to taking Orthomol Vital f.
