Instructions for Use

Dissolve the contents of one packet (= daily serving) in approx. 100 -150 ml of non-carbonated water or fruit juice and take it with or after a meal every day together with the capsules.

Your body needs micronutrients every day. We recommend that Orthomol Natal is taken on a long-term basis.
