Instructions for Use

Take the contents of a packet (= daily serving) with a little liquid every day. Please take one of the capsules in the morning and one in the evening. Do not take more than the contents of one packet daily. In order to cover the specifically increased need of micronutrients, we recommend a long-term, regular use of Orthomol Flavon m.
