Supporting your family life

We help our employees to coordinate their working and family lives. In October 2008 we opened the “Orthomolinis”, where the children of Orthomol staff are supervised and educated at the company’s own daycare center.

In addition to our childcare facilities, we also support our employees with the provision of work-life services by pme Familienservice GmbH.

pme Familienservice GmbH supports and advises working parents, finds childminders and searches for a suitable kindergarten. If our employees have to go on a business trip at short notice, the institution also takes on responsibility for the 24-hour emergency care of their children.

However, we are not just concerned with the youngest members of society – we also provide for the care-recipient dependents of our staff with the program “Eldercare”. This family service finds shopping services or transportation. It provides advice on all issues relating to nursing care insurance and helps our employees with their search for suitable nursing staff.
