Orthomol junior Omega plus contains omega-3 fatty acids. Large amounts of these omega-3 fatty acids are found in fish oil, especially eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are polyunsaturated fatty acids and constituents of cell membranes (such as nerve cells), for example. Contains iron as a contribution to normal cognitive development of children. With vitamin B₁ (thiamine), vitamin B₂ (riboflavin), vitamin B₆, vitamin B₁₂, biotin, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E and also the mineral magnesium and the trace element zinc.
