Compliance and Whistleblowing System at Orthomol
Responsible and compliant conduct is a matter of course for Orthomol. We adhere to high compliance standards and ensure that our activities are in line with applicable legal and ethical requirements. Integrity, transparency and a strong sense of responsibility guide our daily actions. We want all employees, business partners and customers to be able to rely on ethical and fair behaviour at all times.
Our Code of Conduct forms the basis for this. It sets out our values and the rules for respectful, fair and transparent interaction with one another.
We aim to foster a corporate culture in which concerns can be raised openly. Our whistleblowing system enables employees as well as external parties to report potential violations of laws or internal rules at any time and on a confidential basis. This may include issues related to corruption, fraud, labour and human rights, environmental matters or other breaches of our Code of Conduct. All reports are carefully reviewed. Whistleblowers are protected as far as possible against any form of disadvantage.
